We are a Business Operations Advisory Service co-founded by Esther Fogerty & Jonathan Tucker.
We started WorkFlo to make operational excellence accessible to growing businesses - without the corporate fluff.
After 20 years in large organisations, we saw how complex systems and processes can become. We also saw that smaller businesses face the same challenges but without the support to fix them.
Our mission is simple: to bring enterprise-grade operational quality, structure, and efficiency to growing businesses, tailored to the realities of SMEs. We design practical, scalable solutions that strengthen operations, improve performance, and create a foundation for sustainable growth.
Our Story
In September 2025, Jon had taken voluntary redundancy from EE after a successful 20-year career in the telecommunications industry. At the same time, as her son started school, Esther found herself looking ahead to the next chapter and exploring what her own professional future could hold.
Both Esther and Jon had long shared the ambition of running their own business. As they explored how to balance career aspirations with family life, the timing felt right. Over a coffee, they discovered not only that their career journeys had followed remarkably similar paths, but also that they shared the same values around family, wellbeing, and creating meaningful impact. Combining their skills, experience, and entrepreneurial drive, they founded WorkFlo. Their vision was simple: to bring the operational excellence and best practices typically found in large enterprises and make them accessible to SMEs.
Having worked within a small business herself, Esther understood first-hand the operational challenges that growing companies face and was passionate about helping them build efficient, scalable businesses capable of achieving the same standards as larger organisations. Jon recognises both the needs of the business and the capabilities of modern technology, enabling him to bridge the gap between the two and identify practical, cost-effective solutions tailored to SMEs.
